Terms and Conditions

01Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user and paying customer of AeroFluid, including the website, any subdomain (such as store.aerofluid.in), all downloadable material, practice tools, courses, simulations and communications issued through the platform.

We may issue additional terms for specific products — for example a cohort programme or a one-to-one mentoring session. Where such terms exist, they apply in addition to these Terms, and in the event of a direct conflict, the product-specific terms prevail for that product only.

02Eligibility

The platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or above who are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf and assumes responsibility for your use of it.

By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not barred from receiving our services under any applicable law.

03Your account

You will need an account to access paid material and to have your practice progress saved. When you register, you agree to:

• provide an accurate name and a working email address, and keep them current;
• keep your password confidential and not disclose it to anyone;
• use the account yourself only — accounts are personal and non-transferable;
• notify us promptly at support@aerofluid.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You remain responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Where our systems detect that a single account is being used concurrently from an unusual number of devices or locations, we may limit sessions, require re-verification, or suspend the account pending enquiry.

04What we provide

AeroFluid is an engineering education platform for mechanical and aerospace engineering students and early-career professionals. Depending on availability at the time, the platform may offer:

We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the platform. Where a change materially affects content you have already paid for, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, apply our Refund Policy.

05Licence to use content

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the purchased content for your own educational purposes.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, rent, sub-licence, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the platform, in any medium, without our prior written permission.

06Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• share, sell, lend or publish your login credentials, or access the platform using someone else's credentials;
• record, screenshot, screen-capture, photograph, mirror or otherwise reproduce paid content for circulation to others, whether free of charge or for payment;
• redistribute purchased ebooks or study material through messaging groups, file-sharing services, cloud drives, marketplaces or any other channel;
• use crawlers, scrapers, bots or any automated means to extract content, questions, solutions or data from the platform;
• attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with any payment, authentication, access-control or content-protection measure;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform, including the Engineering Labs;
• upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing or malicious;
• impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• use the platform to advertise or solicit any competing product or service.

We take unauthorised distribution of paid material seriously. Where we identify it, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account concerned without refund, disable access to downloaded material where technically possible, and pursue remedies available under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

07Intellectual property

All material on the platform — including solution write-ups, explanations of common errors, course videos and notes, diagrams and illustrations, simulation software, ebooks, page design, the AeroFluid name and logo — is owned by or licensed to AeroFluid Dynamics and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

Where questions from public examinations are reproduced, we make no claim over the underlying examination question itself. We do claim ownership of our original work accompanying it: the worked solutions, explanatory commentary, classification and tagging, formatting and presentation.

08Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees on the relevant product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices at any time; a revision does not affect an order already placed and paid for.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI and net-banking credentials are entered directly into Razorpay's environment. AeroFluid does not receive, view or store those credentials at any point.

You confirm that the payment instrument used is lawfully yours or that you are authorised to use it. Where a payment is later reversed, charged back or found to be unauthorised, we may suspend access to the related content pending resolution.

Promotional pricing, discount codes and bundle offers are valid only for the period and on the conditions stated, and may be withdrawn at any time before purchase.

09Duration of access

Unless the product page states a fixed term, purchased content remains available to you for so long as we continue to operate the platform and offer that product. This is not a perpetual guarantee: a product may be discontinued or replaced.

Where we withdraw a product you purchased within the preceding twelve months and no equivalent replacement is made available to you, we will consider a pro-rata refund on request under our Refund Policy.

Downloadable material, once downloaded, remains yours to keep and use personally under the licence in clause 5, irrespective of whether the product continues to be sold.

10Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refund rights are necessarily narrower than for physical goods. Please read that policy before purchasing.

11No guarantee of results

AeroFluid provides educational material and practice tools intended to support your preparation. We do not promise, and you should not infer, any particular examination score, rank, selection, admission, interview outcome or employment result.

Any reference on the platform to examinations, recruiters or organisations is descriptive of the subject matter being taught. It does not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or approval from any examination body, employer or government organisation.

12Disclaimer of warranties

The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.

We prepare our solutions with care and verify them, but we do not warrant that every item is free of error. If you find a mistake, please report it to support@aerofluid.in and we will review and correct it where appropriate.

We do not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted or free of technical fault. Planned maintenance, hosting failures and connectivity issues may affect availability from time to time.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroFluid Dynamics, its proprietor and its personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from or connected with your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to AeroFluid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event complained of.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AeroFluid Dynamics, its proprietor and its personnel against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your unauthorised distribution of paid material, or your infringement of any third-party right.

15Third-party services

The platform depends on third-party providers, including a payment gateway, email delivery services, cloud hosting, database and media hosting providers. Links to our social media channels and to external resources may also appear.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such a service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Details of the providers who process personal data on our behalf are set out in our Privacy Policy.

16Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is being used fraudulently or shared contrary to clause 6, or where we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request deletion of your account by writing to support@aerofluid.in. Certain records may be retained where necessary for tax, accounting or legal purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for content delivered or accessed.

17Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, governmental action, failure of internet or telecommunications infrastructure, or failure of a third-party hosting or payment provider.

18Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints relating to the platform may be addressed to our Grievance Officer.

Please include your registered email address, order reference where applicable, and a clear description of the complaint. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and to resolve it within 30 days of receipt.

19Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing in this clause restricts a consumer from approaching a consumer forum having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

20Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The revision date shown at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and may request account deletion.

21General

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AeroFluid in relation to the platform and supersede any earlier understanding.

No waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall not operate as a waiver of that provision or of any other.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations, including in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business, on notice to you.

Language

These Terms are executed in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version prevails in the event of inconsistency.
